Job description

CNC / Honing / Grinding Machine Operator

Pay: $18 – $26/hr (Entry level to 2 years experience; negotiable for setup/programming)
Shift: 1st Shift (6:00 AM–2:30 PM preferred) or 2nd Shift (8:00 AM–4:30 PM)
Location: Arlington Heights, IL
Type: Temp to Hire

Our client is a leader in precision grinding and honing, serving the hydraulic, aerospace, medical, and automotive industries. They are growing and looking for CNC / Grinder Machine Operators to join their team.


What You’ll Do:

  • Set up and operate CNC and/or manual ID grinding machines
  • Monitor operations and make adjustments to maintain quality
  • Inspect parts to ensure accuracy and conformance to specifications
  • Work with leads and quality teams to meet production goals
  • Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area
