Job description

Ambassador Personnel in Charlotte is seeking 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift entry-level Machine Operators for our manufacturing client in Huntersville. These are full-time positions. Pay range is $18.00 to $19.00 per hour to start. Key Responsibilities:

- Set up machines according to production instructions.

- Ensure quality standards are met independently.

- Monitor production to quickly identify and address malfunctions.

- Maintain a clean and safe workplace.

- Accurately package and document goods.

- Facilitate effective shift handovers.


Qualifications:

- High school diploma or GED required.

- Basic language skills to read safety and operating documents.

- Basic math skills and troubleshooting abilities.

- Must have transportation
