Precision Grinder – Entry Level to Experienced

Must be willing to submit to a nationwide background check and pre-employment drug test. 

Pay: $18–$28/hour, based on experience, skills, and abilities.

Monday - Friday 

1st Shift: 6:00am - 4:00pm (paid lunch)
2nd Shift: 2:00pm - Midnight (paid lunch)

Shifts are 8-10 hours, potentially up to 50 hours per week (OT time and a half for anything over 40)

Established company in Brunswick, OH is hiring Precision Grinders ranging from entry-level trainees to experienced setup operators.
We are looking for candidates with experience—or an interest in learning—in areas such as:

  • Surface Grinding
  • ID Grinding
  • OD Grinding
  • Flat Lapping
  • Honing
  • Cylindrical / Precision Grinding
  • Machine Setup and Operation
Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate grinding, honing, or lapping equipment
  • Read blueprints and work instructions
  • Grind parts to close tolerances and finish requirements
  • Use micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools
  • Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality
  • Make machine adjustments and troubleshoot issues
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
Qualifications
Entry-Level Candidates:
  • Strong mechanical aptitude

Experienced Candidates:
