Entry-Level Machine Operator – $18/hr

York County Area | Auto Manufacturing Facility

We are hiring an Entry-Level Machine Operator to work in an auto manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for individuals who are dependable, safety-focused, and able to work in a physically demanding, dirty manufacturing setting. Prior experience is helpful but not required—training is provided for the right candidate.

Schedule & Pay Entry-Level Machine Operator

  • Pay: $18 per hour
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Location: York County area

Key Responsibilities Entry-Level Machine Operator

  • Set up and operate the control desk regulating the rolling mill
  • Operate the mill to produce rings according to specifications outlined in the tool list
  • Perform ring dimension checks and make adjustments as needed
  • Monitor equipment to ensure safe and consistent operation
  • Maintain attention to detail while following all safety guidelines

Qualifications Entry-Level Machine Operator

  • Machine operator experience preferred but not required
  • Construction or industrial work experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to work in a dirty, industrial manufacturing environment
