Marketing Associates work directly with the Director of Operations and other associates to provide world-class customer service and impact the success of our company every day. This position is ENTRY LEVEL, so no experience is necessary.

This position will put you as the point of contact between customers in a retail setting and the clientele we represent. As the Marketing Associate, you will implement sales, marketing, and customer service initiatives to drive company sales and customer acquisition for the top-notch clientele we represent. You'll develop a greater understanding of our many marketing, client relations, business consultative services, and the strategies that support them.

Job Description

Day to Day Breakdown:

  • Execute in-field promotional marketing campaigns.

  • Participate in face-to-face sales interactions in a retail setting.

  • You will be the eyes and ears of our team, fielding customer inquiries and providing world-class customer service.

  • Work in a collaborative and engaging environment, you will have the chance to interact with people from all walks of life, and no two days will be the same.

  • Close attention to detail is vital! You will be handling valuable customer information.
