River Valley Marine is hiring a Marine Detailer / Boat Handler to join our team in Long Lake. This is a hands-on, year-round position where you'll work around premium pontoons, fishing boats, surf boats, wake boats, and luxury marine equipment every day.

Whether you've worked in boat detailing, marina operations, automotive detailing, powersports, landscaping, trailer handling, towing, or outdoor labor, we're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys staying active, and wants to build a long-term career in the marine industry.

What You'll Do
  • Detail new and pre-owned boats, including washing, waxing, buffing, polishing, and interior cleaning
  • Prepare boats for customer delivery, launch, storage, and showroom display
  • Move, stage, and transport boats throughout the dealership and marina
  • Assist with trailer handling, loading, unloading, and boat deliveries
  • Operate detailing equipment, forklifts, and shop equipment safely (training provided if needed)
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
  • Support the Sales, Service, Parts, and Marina teams throughout the year
What We're Looking For

  • Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all Minnesota seasons
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stay active throughout the day
  • Experience in boat detailing, marina operations, automotive detailing, powersports, landscaping, towing, trailer handling, warehouse, or outdoor equipment is a plus
  • Valid driver's license required
