Front Desk Associate
Location: D1 Training Alliance - Fort Worth, TX
Type: Part-Time
Schedule:
  • Monday - Friday: 4:00 PM - 7:30 PM
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Position Overview:
D1 Training Alliance is seeking a friendly, dependable Front Desk Associate to support our evening and weekend operations. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a team environment, and wants to be part of a high-energy fitness community.
As the first point of contact for members, athletes, and parents, you will help create a welcoming, organized, and professional experience inside our facility.
Responsibilities:
  • Member & Guest Experience
    • Greet members, athletes, parents, and guests as they enter
    • Check members into classes and assist with basic questions
    • Maintain a friendly and professional presence at the front desk
    • Ensure waivers are completed for new guests
  • Retail & Transactions
      • Process retail purchases accurately using POS system
      • Handle basic cash and card transactions
      • Keep retail area organized and stocked
      • Promote merchandise and basic offerings when appropriate
  • Facility Support
    • Assist with daily cleaning tasks (wiping equipment, organizing racks, tidying lobby)
    • Support nightly close-out procedures
    • Keep front desk area clean and presentable
    • Communicate any issues to management
  • Event Support
    • Assist during special events, camps, and community nights
    • Help with check-in and basic coordination during busy traffic times
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable interacting with both adults and youth athletes
  • Ability to follow systems and complete checklists
  • Available to consistently work assigned schedule
Preferred (Not Required)
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Experience in retail or hospitality
  • Interest in fitness or athletics
