Job Overview

Assemble and inspect small electronic components used in data center servers in a cleanroom environment. This is an entry-level manufacturing role with opportunities to grow into Technician and Engineering positions. Contract-to-hire based on performance and attendance.

Responsibilities
  • Assemble electronic components, chips, and PCBs.
  • Work in a cleanroom and wear full PPE/cleanroom suit.
  • Perform basic soldering and mechanical assembly.
  • Use microscopes and inspection tools to ensure quality.
  • Follow work instructions, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Use hand and power tools safely.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and production standards.
  • Support material handling and general production tasks.
  • Work 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends as scheduled.
Required Skills
  • Manufacturing or production experience (entry-level accepted).
  • Experience or interest in electronics assembly.
  • Basic soldering or willingness to learn.
