Job description

We are seeking a motivated Entry Level Warehouse Trainee to join our team in a full-time role (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM at $16.00/hr). In this role, you will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and get paid to learn valuable industry skills while handling day-to-day operations. Prior experience as a production operator, order packer, delivery driver, or cashier is great, and any background in fast food service, as a pca, or as a machine operator translates well—though prior order fulfillment experience a plus but not required! Working alongside our quality inspector staff, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and inspecting orders and products, helping manage inventory records, and assisting with incoming and outgoing shipments. Computer experience with POS systems is a plus!

Compensation & Benefits Competitive Pay: $16 - $17+/hr to start—will train! Whether you are a seasoned Machine Operator or transitioning from another field, we offer great starting rates.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Accurately pick items in a timely manner as an order packer for customer and dealer orders.
  • Assist with packing and preparing items for shipment, acting as a key component of our warehouse setup.
  • Inspect and clean products upon arrival in the warehouse to ensure they meet quality control standards, supporting the duty of a quality inspector.
  • Assist with Cycle Counts of raw materials and finished goods, collaborating with the team and production operator staff.
  • Receive items into the warehouse management system and update inventory records.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, similar to the safety awareness required of a machine operator.
  • Assist with loading and unloading deliveries alongside our delivery driver team.
  • Consistently maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Collaborate on improvement strategies with team members and report any discrepancies such as inventory, quality issues, and manufacturing defects.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience as a cashier, pca, or in fast food service is welcomed; prior order fulfillment experience a plus but not required!
  • Previous background as a production operator, delivery driver, order packer, or machine operator in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects (30–45 lbs) and perform manual labor tasks daily.
  • Strong attention to detail, matching the standards of a quality inspector.
  • Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Basic computer skills (POS system experience as a cashier or retail staff is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A willingness to learn new tasks and job skills (again, order fulfillment experience is a plus but not required!).

What's in It for You:

  • Paid On-the-Job Training: Get paid to learn hands-on warehouse, inventory, and logistics skills from day one—no prior background in fast food service, as a pca, or as a cashier will hold you back.
  • Consistent Schedule: Steady, predictable daytime shift from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
  • Career Growth: Learn core manufacturing and supply chain operations with room for advancement into higher-level positions.
  • Supportive Environment: Work alongside a collaborative team focused on high performance and continuous improvement.
