Job description

Plant Operator,  1st Shift, 8am-4pm
Roper Thermals is seeking an entry level Plant Operator to join our manufacturing team!  We manufacture materials used in temperature regulation, shipping and cosmetics.  We are hiring for the first shift (8am-4pm).  You will help perform operational activities and ensure excellent quality control in our oil and wax manufacturing facility.  Regular attendance is an essential function of the job.  Position requires frequent lifting, pulling and pushing. 
Responsibilities:

-  Perform plant operations and activities
-  Package finished products and prepare for shipping
-  Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely fashion
-  Load and unload equipment and materials
-  Log and record readings for equipment and procedures
Qualifications:
- No experience required - all training is provided
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Previous experience in manufacturing a plus
