The Manufacturing Engineer provides support to the production group through pro-active work on manufacturing projects and processes. Experience: Strong technical ability and mechanical aptitude, manufacturing experience preferred (Welding, Fabrication, Machining, Production Equipment, and Assembly). Demonstrated project management capability
Skills: Strong computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office, CAD programs). Good communication, influencing skills, and decision making ability.

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- BOM and routings
- Customizing BOM's and routings as needed for custom engineered orders
- Assisting with quotation of large volume and OEM inquiries that may require special manufacturing techniques
- Product/manufacturing optimization for efficiency and performance
- New machine sourcing
- Developing and documenting necessary quality layout information for to the quality assurance department on new processes and machines
- Demonstrate support for company programs through words and actions.
- Resolve product, process and design issues.
- Implement process improvements to the design procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Recognize other issues and perform necessary duties to correct problems.
