Job Summary

Entry-level Manufacturing Engineer supporting assembly operations, BOM management, and process improvement. This role focuses on shop floor support, change management (ECO/MCO), and driving safety, quality, and productivity improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support BOM updates, ECO/MCO processing, and change releases
• Act as manufacturing representative for customer/project teams
• Establish routings, layouts, tools, labor standards, and quality plans
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve material flow & capacity
• Implement improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and productivity
• Train production operators on processes and changes
