The Catalyst Corporation is hiring ambitious, career-driven individuals to join our team as Entry Level Management Trainees in Oak Brook, IL.

This position is designed for individuals who want to build a long-term career in sales, customer acquisition, business development, and management. Our hands-on training program develops future leaders from the ground up, beginning with the fundamentals of customer engagement and sales before progressing into leadership and business operations.

You'll start by learning our face-to-face sales and customer acquisition process while receiving full paid training and one-on-one coaching. As you demonstrate consistency and leadership ability, you'll have opportunities to take on additional responsibilities in team development, recruiting, campaign management, and daily operations.

Candidates must be able to reliably commute to our Oak Brook, IL office for training, meetings, and daily team operations.

What You'll Do
  • Represent client campaigns through face-to-face customer interactions
