Legion Consulting Inc. is growing our Philadelphia team and looking for motivated, people-focused individuals to join us as Customer Sales Associates.


This is a full-time, face-to-face sales position where you’ll work directly with customers in retail locations throughout the Philadelphia area. No previous sales experience is required. We provide hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and the support needed to develop your skills and grow within the organization.


Compensation

  • Guaranteed weekly pay
  • Additional bonuses and commission
  • Typical total weekly earnings: $900–$1,600
  • Weekly earning potential increases with performance and results

What You’ll Do

As a Customer Sales Associate, you will:

  • Engage with customers face-to-face in assigned retail locations
  • Introduce and explain available products, services, and promotions
  • Ask questions to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
