Job Description
Design Team Assistant - Entry-Level
Full-time / Mon-Fri, 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. / On-site in Temecula, CA
The entry-level Design Team Assistant performs various tasks using Adobe Photoshop and web editing tools, including:
  • Basic Adobe InDesign and Photoshop assignments
  • Formatting articles and other content for the web
  • Using design production workflow tools and collaborating with Designers

Since many production tasks will be trained, this position is a great fit for a candidate who is excited to learn new systems and web design-related tasks. The candidate should also have the independence to perform assigned daily projects carefully, ensuring each task is completed properly according to the guidance and instructions provided.
Training Provided - New hires will be trained in basic skills for tasks such as:
  • HTML/CSS and basic web design
  • Adobe InDesign and other design applications
  • Video editing tools (some prior experience with applications is helpful)

We are a small team of fewer than 15 employees.
Compensation
  • Design Team Assistant: $18.00 - 20.00/hr depending on experience
  • Advancement Path in Year 1 to Designer I (Pay range is $21.00/hr to $26.00/hr)

  • Photoshop - Basic program experience to edit and adjust images
