Now Hiring: Metal Fabrication Operator

Join our team! We are looking for a dependable Metal Fabrication Operator to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Duties

  • Set up and operate autobrake machines, forming machines, drill presses, punches, and other fabrication equipment
  • Perform general metal fabrication and machine shop operations
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain quality standards

Qualifications

  • Fundamental knowledge of machine shop operations preferred
  • Basic math skills, including fractions and decimals conversions 
  • Manufacturing or metal fabrication experience is a plus
  • Ability to perform light physical lifting

Schedule

  • Monday – Friday
  • 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Overtime available:
    • Up to 5:00 PM on weekdays
    • Occasional half-days on Saturdays

Pay

  • $15.00/hour – Entry level (no experience)
  • $18.00/hour – Candidates with relevant experience
  • Up to $20.00/hour – Highly experienced candidates
