Job Description
Our Shop/Production Team Member position is an entry level position with great potential for growth. We will provide paid, on-the-job training to candidates with the right skill set and a great attitude!
  • Basic operation of CNC machine
  • Sorting of parts requiring additional machining
  • Load product neatly into job carts
  • Removal of labels and hand printing of part identification
  • Reading of labels and confirming measurements using metric tape measure
  • Matching of parts to a bill of materials
  • Communication of any missing parts
  • Cleaning of parts and quality control checks
  • Inventory control and management
  • Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications
  • HS Diploma or GED: Trade or vocational school experience preferred
  • Ability to read/interpret bills of lading and materials paperwork
  • Perform basic mathematical measurements including using a tape measure
  • Strong verbal and listening skills
  • Able to work individually and in teams.
  • Ability to work/stand on feet for entire 8+ hour shift
  • Effectively communicate with leadership any material issues and/or mechanical breakdowns
  • Detail oriented for precise quality control on each order
  • Ability to lift 50-75lbs; reach, stoop, stand, grasp, balance, climb stairs, kneel, and crouch
  • Understanding of safety protocols and requirements.
  • Experience working in a warehouse, with woodworking machines (saw, router, drill press) and/or using forklift is a plus.
