YOUR DAILY IMPACT

Our 1st Shift Personalization Machine Operators work from 5:00 am to 1:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime or Saturday work as needed.

In this entry-level role, you'll safely operate production machinery while following all of our safety, quality, and operational procedures. You'll maintain a neat work area, complete detailed documentation, and gain hands-on skills to help further your career! Responsibilities include:

  • Operating production machinery and inspecting finished products to ensure quality
  • Efficiently transferring materials between stations
  • Maintaining equipment by cleaning it and performing basic maintenance services
  • Completing and submitting job audit logs
