These are our resident experts who ensure quality workmanship to get our guests back on the road. This is an important job in our Jiffy Lube stores and critical to our success. Previous experience is essential and requires a minimum of 1+ years with a dealership, automotive shop, tire center or quick lube. • Assistant Managers are responsible for performing Jiffy Lubes Signature Service Oil Change; inspect and service fluids, filters, headlamps, wipers, tire rotations and other minor services as business requires
• Providing store-level leadership to teammates through coaching and training
• Face to face interaction with the quests, including problem resolution
• Take initiatives to increase sales, improve store profitability and reduce expenses
• Manage store inventory and product ordering and receiving
• Have a valid driver's license and authorized to work in the US
• Complete all required training courses through Jiffy Lube University
• Ensure that the service center is clean, orderly, and presentable
