How YOU will make an impact everyday:
  • Read, Understand and follow written procedures without deviating from the outlined process after training has been completed.
  • Work under conditions of a controlled environment and operate within our quality management system.
  • Operate basic machines, cutters, scissors, air tools, and measurement tools (ex. Rulers, Calipers, Pin Gauges, etc.).
  • Enter data from manufacturing processes into computer software.
  • Operate with an understanding of Cleanroom Environment requirements, Good Documentation Practices, and Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • Other duties as assigned and stated in the full job description.

Helpful skills for YOU to succeed as a Production Associate I in our Balloon Department. (helpful, but not required):
  • Dexterity and attention to detail
  • Basic computer and math skills
  • Able to read and understand written specifications and procedures
  • Willingness to learn.

Qualifications for YOU to be successful:
  • Dependable; maintains regular and punctual attendance.
  • Ability to do repetitive tasks, be detail-oriented, and adhere to Nordson's Safety Policy.
  • Ability to sit frequently, stand, walk and bend
  • Ability to lift items up to 35 pounds
  • This position requires the ability to work with small and delicate components using a high degree of dexterity and accuracy and requires direct contact with medical grade components.
