What You Will Do:

  • Inspect & Evaluate Equipment – Complete initial rental inspections, equipment condition reports, and damage assessments to ensure machines meet quality and safety standards.
  • Perform Maintenance & Repairs – Conduct basic maintenance, diagnose service issues, and perform repairs to keep rental equipment operating at peak performance.
  • Verify Equipment Readiness – Test the operational capabilities and safety of rental, new, and sold equipment before it goes into service.
  • Deliver top-notch service to customers: Communicate clearly, respectfully and in a timely manner with customers during the repair process.
  • Document Service Activities – Accurately record inspections, repairs, parts used, fluids consumed, and other service-related information on work orders.
  • Prioritize safety at all times: Follow safety guidelines and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Team – Work closely with peers and leadership to complete work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive, team-focused attitude.
  • Keep the shop tidy and organized: Maintain a clean and efficient work environment.

  • Mechanical Aptitude – Experience operating, maintaining, or repairing equipment, with construction equipment knowledge preferred.
