MACHINE OPERATORS NEEDED – MULTIPLE SHIFTS AVAILABLE

Join SAVARD Personnel Group and be part of a growing manufacturing team! We are currently hiring Oven/Extractor Operators and Winder Operators to support composite pipe production, oven operations, extraction, and winding processes.
This is a great opportunity for candidates with manufacturing, production, or machine operating experience. Recent graduates and entry-level candidates looking to start a career in manufacturing are encouraged to apply—training is available for qualified candidates! Temp-to-hire opportunities are available, with potential pay increases after permanent hire.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate production and manufacturing equipment
  • Support oven, extraction, and winding operations
  • Move materials throughout the production process
  • Monitor product quality and meet production standards
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • Follow all safety and production procedures
Requirements:
  • Manufacturing, machine operator, or production experience preferred
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to safely operate production equipment
  • Overhead/hoist crane experience is a plus
  • Ability to stand, bend, walk, and lift throughout the shift
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required

Available Shifts:
2nd Shift
  • 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM (8-hour shift)
  • 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM (12-hour shift)
  • Weekends and overtime as needed

3rd Shift
  • 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM (8-hour shift)
  • Weekends and overtime as needed

Duration:
  • Temp to hire after probationary period
