MACHINE OPERATORS NEEDED – MULTIPLE SHIFTS AVAILABLE
 
Join SAVARD Personnel Group and be part of a growing manufacturing team! We are currently hiring for multiple manufacturing and machine operator positions supporting composite pipe production, oven operations, extraction, CNC operations, and winding processes.
This is a great opportunity for candidates with manufacturing, production, or machine operating experience. Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply—training is available for qualified candidates! Temp-to-hire opportunities are available, with potential pay increases after permanent hire.

Available Positions:
  • Crew Leader – 1st Shift: $16/hr | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Oven Operator – 1st Shift: $14/hr | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Oven Operator – 2nd Shift: $14/hr | 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
  • Tailstock Extractor – 3rd Shift: $14/hr | 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM
  • CNC Operator – 2nd Shift: $18/hr | 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM | 2 openings
  • Oven/Demolder Operator – 1st Shift: $14/hr | 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate production and manufacturing equipment
  • Support oven, extraction, CNC, demolding, and winding operations
  • Move materials throughout the production process
  • Monitor product quality and meet production standards
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • Follow all safety and production procedures
Requirements:
  • Manufacturing, machine operator, or production experience preferred
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to safely operate production equipment
  • Overhead/hoist crane experience is a plus
