Pay Rate: $18.50/hour (you get an additional 10% differential added onto your base pay for working on 2nd shift)

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 3:30pm-2:00am (Possible OT Friday)

How you'll make an impact:
Set up equipment, load materials, and run manufacturing processes to make device components and/or sterilize finished Metals products.
Follow work instructions and SOPs. Record required, traceable information on device history records and/or enter data into the Manufacturing Execution System (MES), including equipment uptime and reasons for downtime.
Check that equipment is ready before starting, and make in-process adjustments within approved settings and process parameters to meet quality requirements.
Inspect equipment and Metals product during production to make sure the process stays in control and parts meet specifications.
Make sure process parameters are captured (manually or automatically, as required) so they can be included in the device history record.
Perform basic operator equipment care and maintenance per standards. Take action or escalate when equipment does not meet the standard.
Select and use the correct tools, fixtures, and equipment for the assigned operation.
Troubleshoot equipment and process issues. Escalate problems to the Lead/Supervisor/Engineering as needed.
Handle, mix, and use chemicals as required for the process (if applicable). Use required PPE and follow all chemical safety and handling procedures.
Operate laser equipment (if assigned) and follow all laser safety rules.
Requirements:

Due to the specific duties of this job, you must be able to read, comprehend, write, and speak English
H.S. Diploma or equivalent Preferred

Some previous experience in using similar machinery Preferred
Good communication skills
Basic computer skills, preferred
Ability to use automated inspection and/or vision systems, inspection and measuring tools (for example: magnifier, microscope, or other measurement tools)
Basic understanding of manufacturing procedures or another regulated environment (ISO 13485 and/or GMP)
Achieve quality standards
Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
