Are you mechanically inclined and enjoy working with production equipment? We are seeking dependable Machine Operators to join a growing manufacturing team. This position plays a critical role in producing high-quality products while ensuring safety, efficiency, and consistent production standards.

• Set up, operate, and monitor extrusion equipment to meet production requirements
• Adjust machine settings to maintain product quality and optimize performance
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic machine maintenance and repairs
• Accurately measure, mix, and prepare color compounds for wire coating applications
• Follow detailed work instructions and production specifications
• Conduct quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process
• Complete production records and documentation accurately
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

• Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Experience using hand tools and performing minor equipment adjustments
• Basic math skills, including multiplication, division, and calculator use
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Starting Pay: $19.00 per hour

Shift Differential: Additional 4% shift differential

2nd Shift: Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Loveland, CO.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
