Job Summary
We are seeking General Field Laborers to join our team. This position involves both skilled and unskilled labor to support various roadway and airport projects. Teamwork is essential, as laborers will assist supervisors and foremen to ensure project success.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Valid driver's license (must be maintained)
  • At least 21 years of age
  • Willing to travel out of state
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug/alcohol test (random testing required)

Essential Functions
  • Perform physically demanding tasks: lifting up to 75 lbs, bending, kneeling, and standing for long periods
  • Work in outdoor environments with exposure to varying weather, airborne particles, and loud noise
  • Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): hard hats, gloves, goggles, steel-toe boots, etc.
  • Operate and maintain small machinery, sealing equipment, and power tools
  • Drive trucks with trailers, including turning and backing
  • Assist in inventory tracking, fleet reporting, and job site organization
