Job Title: General Production WorkerJob Description

Join a leading manufacturer specializing in the production of high-quality automotive hoses and parts. Our full-cycle manufacturing plant produces PTFE tubes and stainless-steel braided hoses from raw materials, serving a wide range of industries including automotive, commercial, and industrial sectors.

Responsibilities
  • Paste Extrusion: Create tubing from Teflon powder by mixing and blending materials, adding petroleum lube, and forming billets.
  • Billets/Extrusion: Operate machinery to form billets into tubes, ensuring accurate dimensions, and conducting pressure tests.
  • Winding/Braiding: Attach spools to machines, set tension on wires, and conduct periodic quality checks.
  • Hose Processing: Manage finished reels, operate wash tanks, and perform cleaning on machines and oil filtration systems.
  • Twister: Create components for braiding/winding using industrial crimpers and swedgers.
  • EWald/Flash Cut: Prepare hoses for shipping by cutting to length and packaging.
  • Melt Extrusion: Process large hoses with silicone jackets, ensuring quality checks and shipping readiness.
  • Post Sinter: Strengthen tubing for aerospace applications by recooking and preparing for hose processing.
  • Pressure Tank: Conduct pressure testing and reinforce tubing with metal layers for high-impact applications.
Essential Skills
  • At least 6 months of machine operation and manufacturing experience.

Training may occur on the 1st shift, with regular schedules as follows: Monday-Friday: 1st shift - 6:00am-2:00pm, 2nd shift - 2:00pm-10:00pm; Sunday-Thursday: 3rd shift - 10:00pm-6:00am.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.23/hr.
