If you’re the kind of person who likes working with your hands, learning real skills, and seeing the results of your work at the end of the day, this could be your start. We’re hiring an Entry-Level CNC Machine Operator to join our growing team. No experience? No problem. We provide hands-on training and clear opportunities to advance.


In our job shop environment, no two days are the same — you’ll work on a variety of parts, prints, and setups while learning the foundations of precision manufacturing.


What You’ll Do (and Learn)


You’ll be trained to:

  • Operate CNC and/or manual machines (with supervision and guidance) using work instructions and job travelers
  • Load and unload parts and raw materials safely and efficiently
  • Follow routers and basic blueprints and build confidence reading instructions and measurements
  • Inspect parts using measuring tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges
  • Deburr, clean, and mark parts so they’re customer-ready
  • Monitor machine performance and communicate issues early — you’ll never be on your own
  • Keep your area clean, organized, and safe while following company procedures
