The mission of the Assembly Technician is to contribute to Perfecto’s operational excellence by building mechanical systems and subassemblies with precision, care, and efficiency. This role is accountable for assembling components per engineering specifications, maintaining safety and quality standards, and supporting on-time delivery to customers. Fired if you fail. Requirements:

Role Specific Capabilities & Credentials

  • Ability to read and interpret complex mechanical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Skilled in assembling precision components, frames, and subassemblies for custom machinery.
  • Basic knowledge of wiring, controls, and electrical panels to integrate mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, and plumbing of industrial systems.
  • Skilled in the use of hand tools, torque wrenches, power tools, and shop equipment.
  • Familiar with rigging, hoists, and safe handling of large assemblies.
  • Diagnose and correct assembly or integration issues during builds.
