We are seeking an Entry-Level Tooling Machinist who has foundational machining knowledge and wants to build a long-term career in mold and tooling fabrication while working alongside experienced machinists.

What You'll Do

  • Operate a surface grinder to sharpen steel punches and dies with guidance
  • Perform basic machining, drilling, and CNC operations under supervision
  • Assist with mold construction and completion using shop equipment such as drills, mills, saws, and lathes
  • Learn CNC setup and basic programming adjustments with support from experienced staff
  • Follow good manufacturing practices to ensure product quality and safety
  • Maintain clean, organized work areas in compliance with 5S standards
  • Care for machines, tools, and equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation
  • Work collaboratively with tooling, production, and engineering teams

What You Bring

  • Knowledge of basic machining operations
  • Technical diploma, associate degree, or coursework in Machining, Tool & Die, or Machine Tool Technology preferred
  • Entry-level machining experience, internships, or shop training acceptable
  • Willingness to learn, follow direction, and grow technical skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Team-oriented attitude and good communication skills
