Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced LPN Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for an LPN Licensed Practical Nurse seeking competitive pay and the opportunity to step into a leadership-focused role within a supportive clinical environment.

LPN Job Requirements

  • Active VT LPN License

  • Minimum 1 year experience in long-term care (SNF)
