Job description

Entry Level Production Worker

Our team is seeking dependable Production Workers to join us! This position supports the manufacturing of printed circuit boards (PCBs) used in a variety of electronic products. No prior PCB experience is required. Paid training is provided for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow in a production environment.

Location: Aurora, CO

Pay: $18.00/hour

Shifts Available:

  • 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM-10:30 PM
  • 3rd Shift: Monday-Friday, 10:00 PM-6:30 AM

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor production equipment
  • Load and unload materials and components
  • Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality
  • Follow work instructions, blueprints, and production documents
  • Use hand tools and basic measuring equipment
  • Assist with assembly, finishing, and packaging processes
  • Complete production paperwork accurately
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all safety and quality standards
  • Support production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Qualifications

  • Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or construction experience preferred
  • Ability to follow written instructions and detailed procedures
