We are seeking a Logistics Operations Account Manager to join our team and help us continue to grow and innovate.

Job Description: As the Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring that we provide exceptional service and build long-term relationships with our customers. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily logistics operations and working closely with the customer to ensure their needs are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Oversee daily logistics operations, including dispatching drivers, managing inventory, and coordinating with other departments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and vendors to ensure smooth operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in logistics operations and customer service.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals and pricing strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding transportation and logistics.
