Job description


The Parts and Delivery Associate supports daily operations by ensuring timely pickup and delivery of parts, materials, and equipment.  This role is critical in keeping projects on schedule by providing reliable logistical support to the management. 


This is a great entry level role for a student or for someone who would like to learn more about a career in the maritime industry!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick up and deliver parts, tools, and materials between vendors and company facilities.
  • Assist with organizing, tracking, and staging parts and equipment.
  • Coordinate with team members to prioritize urgent delivery needs.
  • Support general operational errands and tasks as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and time management.
  • Ability to lift and move materials as required.
  • Dependable, proactive, and team-oriented.
