Logistics Coordinator
TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® – Dayton, Ohio
TWO MEN AND A TRUCK is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to all aspects of dispatch and operations. This is an entry-level position designed for someone who wants to grow. If you are good with numbers, bring the right work ethic, adaptability, and strategic mindset, this role can develop into any management position within our company and there is no ceiling for the right person.
Think of this position like playing chess in real time.
Every day our trucks, teams, and customers create a constantly moving puzzle. The Logistics Coordinator’s job is to stay three moves ahead, anticipating issues before they happen and helping the team win the day. The best candidates are people who enjoy thinking strategically, solving problems quickly, and keeping many moving pieces organized.
Compensation
  • Starting salary: $45,000+ depending on experience
  • Performance bonuses available
What You’ll Do
  • Track, manage and communicate with all moving crews and truck routes throughout the day
  • Communicate with customers multiple times during the move process
  • Identify potential issues early and solve them before they impact the day
  • Coordinate with drivers and crews to keep operations running smoothly
  • Ensure job progress, timing, and hours are tracked accurately
  • Assist the operations team with planning and logistics decisions
  • Help create a smooth experience for customers during one of life’s most stressful events
