Job description

You will be the Machine Fluid Maintenance Technician for the Fluid Maintenance Team. Our team is responsible for performing scheduled fluid maintenance, lubrication, and filter servicing on a variety of manufacturing equipment.


What You Will Be Doing


As the Machine Fluid Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for adding lubricants and coolant, changing and cleaning filters, and ensuring all fluid systems operate within manufacturer specifications.


Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:



  • Adding lubricants and coolant to machine containers according to schedule and manufacturer specifications.

  • Changing and cleaning filters, oiling and greasing machines, and cleaning work areas before oiling.

  • Draining, cleaning, and replenishing oil reservoirs, grease cups, and coolant pumps; checking coolant concentration and cleaning tanks.

  • Replacing oil filter elements and maintaining lubrication and fluid records and charts.

  • Reporting noises, excessive wear, worn belts, loose cowlings, and performing minor adjustments such as belt tensioning.
