We are seeking a detail-oriented Lead Vietnamese Localization QA Tester to ensure the linguistic and functional quality of Vietnamese localized content. This role involves meticulous testing and bug reporting to guarantee a high-quality user experience for our Vietnamese-speaking audience.

Job Responsibilities**
* Perform linguistic and functional quality assurance testing on various software, websites, and applications localized into Vietnamese.
* Identify, document, and track localization bugs and errors, including linguistic accuracy, cultural appropriateness, grammar, spelling, punctuation, and UI inconsistencies.
* Validate fixes and retest resolved issues to ensure proper implementation.
* Adhere to project guidelines, style guides, and quality standards.
* Collaborate effectively with project managers, localization engineers, and other QA testers.
* Provide clear, concise, and actionable feedback on identified issues.
* Participate in test case creation and review processes.
* Maintain accurate records of testing activities and results.
Job Qualifications**
* Native-level proficiency in Vietnamese and strong command of English.
* Proven experience in localization QA testing, preferably with a focus on Vietnamese.
* Strong understanding of Vietnamese culture and linguistic nuances.
