Location: Buena Park, CA (On-Site)
Compensation: $22.00 - 26.00 per hour (DOE)

Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator (Retail Construction, Entry-Level) to support retail store construction and maintenance projects.
In this role, you will work closely with General Contractors, Architects, Landlords, and internal teams to ensure projects are executed efficiently and on schedule. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, communicative, and interested in retail construction project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
• Project Coordination: Track and update project schedules, timelines, and overall progress of retail construction projects
• Cross-Functional Communication: Communicate and follow up with General Contractors, Architects, Landlords, and internal HQ teams
• Construction Support: Assist with retail store build-outs and fixture (FF&E) installation coordination
• Maintenance Tracking: Monitor maintenance requests and follow up through completion
• Documentation: Organize and maintain project-related documents, contracts, and files
• TI Allowance Support: Assist with preparation of Tenant Improvement (TI) allowance reimbursement documentation
• Issue Management: Identify project issues and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution
• Performing other duties as required
Qualifications
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple project timelines
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
• Ability to follow through and manage tasks independently
Preferred Qualifications
