Location: Atlanta, GA Job Type: W2  | Hybrid (Work in office in Cumming, GA or Marietta, GA 2 days/week) Compensation: Up to $110,000 (Depending on Experience)

What You'll Do

As an Accounting and Finance Associate, you'll help ensure the company's accounting records, loan servicing system, investor reporting, cash activity, and management reporting remain accurate, current, and reliable.

Working alongside experienced leadership, you'll:

  • Support the company's day-to-day accounting and financial reporting.
  • Assist with loan portfolio accounting, reconciliations, investor reporting, and cash management.
  • Prepare recurring management reports and analyze portfolio performance, profitability, liquidity, pricing, and risk.
  • Learn how accounting, loan operations, investor reporting, and financial analysis work together in a private lending business.
  • Help improve accounting processes, reporting systems, reconciliations, and internal controls.
  • Utilize accounting systems, loan management systems, Excel, and financial reporting tools to maintain accurate financial and loan data.

  • Experience in private lending, mortgage lending, loan servicing, real estate finance, banking, or commercial lending is preferred but not required.
  • Experience with financial reporting, dashboards, or data analysis is a plus.
