DHI Group is seeking an experienced System Administrator to support the Bobcat program in Springfield. This individual will provide comprehensive IT systems engineering and administrative support across Windows and Linux environments โ€” responsible for the stability, security, and performance of enterprise-level systems. An active TS/SCI clearance with an adjudicated Full Scope Polygraph (FSP) is required prior to start. Responsibilities:
Perform system security administration functions, including managing user accounts via Active Directory and enforcing access controls in compliance with security policies
Plan, test, install, and integrate new and upgraded operating system versions, third-party software components, and subsystems
Proactively monitor and manage system resources to optimize operating efficiency and performance
Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware, software, and network issues and implement corrections in a timely manner
Support custom software installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance
Administer and maintain Windows Server environments, including monitoring and configuration tools
Manage VMware, storage solutions, and cross-domain solutions within the enterprise
Leverage SCCM and SCOM for endpoint management, monitoring, and reporting
Required qualifications Clearance
Active TS/SCI with adjudicated Full Scope Polygraph (FSP) โ€” prior to start (not available for sponsorship) Certifications (one of the following, customer-approved; can obtain within the first 6 months of employment):

SSCP (Systems Security Certified Practitioner)
CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)

Windows Active Directory, Windows Server administration, and configuration tools
VMware virtualization and storage solutions
Cross-domain solutions (CDS)
SCCM (Systems Center Configuration Management)
SCOM (Systems Center Operations Manager)
Linux environment administration
