Job description

We are seeking a motivated Sourcing Recruiter to support the Student Programs recruiting team. This individual will be responsible for high-volume candidate sourcing across a variety of internship and student opportunities, partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers to build talent pipelines.

The team supports student hiring across North America, including undergraduate, graduate, MBA, and PhD programs, and partners with a broad range of business groups spanning both technical and non-technical organizations.

Responsibilities

•Source and identify qualified candidates for high-volume internship and student hiring initiatives.

•Utilize Boolean search techniques and sourcing tools to build candidate pipelines.

•Conduct candidate outreach and engagement activities.

•Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and sourcing strategies.

•Generate candidate leads and maintain active talent pipelines.

•Track candidate activity within recruiting systems and maintain accurate records.

•Support hiring goals during peak student recruiting season.

Basic Qualifications

•1-2 years of recruiting, sourcing, talent acquisition, or related experience.

•Experience utilizing Boolean search techniques to identify and engage talent.

•Strong communication and organizational skills.

•Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

•Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

•Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

•Bachelor's degree

Pay and Benefits

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
