GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION

Our Entry-Level Tech Admin role is for individuals pursuing a career in technology who demonstrate curiosity to learn industry-specific software while supporting the company’s growth in technology operations through system improvements and user experience enhancement.

  • This position requires working onsite and does not provide the option for remote or hybrid work.
  • ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide frontline user support for industryspecific software (TMS and SME systems) and process monitoring.
  • Monitor processes imaging, email administration, software integrations, and RPA.
  • Oversee equipment lifecycle: laptops, phones, office hardware, inventory & issuance.
  • Coordinate equipment troubleshooting and replacement with IT vendor.
  • Support testing for upgrades, enhancements, and automation rollouts.
  • Develop and enhance basic knowledge of SQL querying and reporting skillset.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, training videos, user guides, and other resources.
  • Implement EOS within your position to enhance your skills and productivity while continually promoting the company’s core values.
  • Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
  • TO BE SUCCESSFUL, YOU SHOULD HAVE
  • Base knowledge understanding of SQL Query, Data Analysis and reporting.
  • Related experience, education, technical training, or certification, of one or more of these qualifications is preferred.
  • Aptitude for trucking and logistics operations, with a willingness to learn industry processes and systems.
