Job description

OQuinn Insurance Services is looking for a friendly, dependable Front Desk Office Administrator to be the face of our Ormond Beach office. If you enjoy meeting new people, helping others, and keeping things running smoothly, this role is for you. No insurance experience or license is required we will train you.

As the first point of contact for clients walking in or calling our office, youll set the tone for every visit. Youll greet guests, direct them to the right team member, answer the phones, and route calls. After a 60-day paid training period, you will also be able to answer simple insurance questions on your own.
