Damco Solutions is a company seeking a Linux Systems Administrator. The role involves reviewing vulnerability scans, assessing vulnerabilities on Linux servers, and recommending threat mitigation strategies.
Responsibilities:
• Reviews vulnerability scans, and assesses and identifies vulnerabilities on Linux Servers
• Prioritizes remediation based on criticality and impact
• Researches and analyzes cybersecurity threat indicators and their behaviors for the prevention, detection, containment, and correction of data security breaches, and recommends threat mitigation strategies
Qualifications:
Required:
• Linux patching
• Security CVE remediation
• red hat enterprise
• Tomcat apache
• SSL certs (for Linux)
• Worked with two or more of the state of Texas government agencies
