Job description

Title: Processing Technician/Laboratory Technician Location: Elk River, MN 55330 Duration: 7 Months. 5/11/2026 to 12/31/2026 Schedule: Monday through Friday 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM. Occasionally Saturdays 1/2 days (once per month on average).

Usually starts around 7am on Saturdays and done around 10:00 AM. Position Overview Responsible for the daily management of laboratory samples and document retention systems Support the processing team in sample preparation and analysis of forage samples Working on Animal feed Sample Receiving sample organizing leveling Entry Level position, fresh graduate would be great fit. Sample grinding and Scanning is the part of this work.

Ingredient samples that may contain potential allergens are handled routinely in this facility Support processing teams with sample processing and testing 90 percent hands on lab work. Principle Accountabilities Support processing teams with sample processing and testing Tasks include but are not limited to sample grinding, NIR scanning, labeling, and weighing Participate in lab housekeeping program and follow designated policy Proactive focus on workplace safety and shows initiative to work safely and follow policy Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and associated tools Position Criteria Experience: At least one year of relevant experience — Required Work effectively within a team, with strong communication skills — Required The ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively — Required
