As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Tony Milam - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.

  • Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9 -5, and open by appointment on evenings and Saturdays.
  • Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
