No prior insurance experience is required. We provide licensing assistance, training, mentorship, and ongoing support to help you build the foundation needed for long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients to learn about their needs and discuss life insurance solutions.
• Build strong client relationships by providing professional guidance and support throughout the process.
• Learn and apply company systems, processes, and product knowledge through training and mentorship.
• Educate clients on available coverage options and help them understand solutions that may fit their goals.
• Conduct client conversations and presentations in a professional and consultative manner.
• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain consistent communication.
• Develop sales, communication, and relationship-building skills while growing within the life insurance industry.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development opportunities.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and applicable insurance guidelines.

Qualifications

• No previous insurance experience required; training and licensing assistance are available for qualified candidates.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and connect with others.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and develop new professional skills.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and commitment to personal growth.
• Ability to work independently while following company training, systems, and processes.
• Comfortable communicating with clients through phone, email, and virtual platforms.
• Interest in helping individuals and families protect their financial future.
• Must be willing and able to obtain a life insurance license.

Compensation & Business Structure
