About the RoleWe're looking for a hungry, proactive, and reliable Brand Design Intern who is excited to take ownership of real design work. This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings ideas to life quickly, and wants meaningful responsibility from day one. You'll work closely with our Design Lead to support brand, marketing, and growth initiatives across digital, print, and experiential surfaces. You won't be shadowing. You'll be shipping.
Responsibilities
  • Design creative assets for multi-channel campaigns, including web pages, social content, event activations, packaging, swag, and video.
  • Produce polished OOH assets for client billboards and customer-related perks assets
  • Evolve and maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints while experimenting with new visual ideas.
  • Develop performance-driven creative for paid channels, collaborating with Growth to optimize for impact.
  • Create internal templates, presentations, and branded materials for cross-functional teams.
  • Participate in creative reviews, standups, and working sessions to iterate quickly and raise the quality bar.
  • Version and adapt assets across channels such as web, email, social, and print, while ensuring cohesion and craft.
  • Manage design files, maintain organized asset libraries, and uphold workflow best practices.

Qualifications
  • Current student or recent graduate in Graphic Design or related field
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
  • Strong design fundamentals: typography, hierarchy, composition, and attention to detail
  • Resourcefulness - When you hit a blocker, you problem-solve, research solutions, or ask smart questions rather than waiting to be told what to do
  • Familiarity/Fundamental skills with motion graphics + AE.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Proficiency in agentic creative ai tools
  • A collaborative mindset and genuine desire to learn in a high-growth creative environment

Comp: $25-40/hour depending on experience
