Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Legal Secretary / Junior Paralegal to support our growing law firm. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in the legal field, with significant opportunities for professional growth and increased responsibility. Prior experience working in a law firm or legal office environment is preferred, but we are willing to consider motivated candidates with relevant administrative experience and a strong interest in developing a career in the legal field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Intake and Client Services Coordination
  • Greet Clients and Manage Front-of-Office Experience
  • Prepare and Send Client Intake Documents and Retainer Agreements
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Provide administrative and paralegal support to attorneys and senior paralegals
  • Assist with document preparation for filings, transactions, and client matters
  • Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and third parties
  • Perform general office and clerical tasks as needed

Qualifications
