Are you a strong communicator who enjoys reading, reviewing documents, and negotiating? Amico Corporation is looking for an Entry Level Contracts Assistant to join our team.
At Amico, Contracts and Purchase Orders are an important first step in the project cycle. In this role, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to review contracts, purchase orders, and related documentation, while helping ensure that terms and conditions are clearly understood and addressed.
Responsibilities:
  • Review and mark up contracts, purchase orders, and related documentation.
  • Communicate with clients regarding terms, conditions, and requested changes.
  • Assist with contract negotiations and challenging discussions in a professional manner.
  • Identify items requiring clarification and work with internal teams to resolve them.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow up on outstanding documentation.
  • Manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication, writing, and reading comprehension skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Confident and professional when communicating with clients.
  • A genuine interest in negotiation and problem-solving.
  • Ability to multitask, use good judgment, and work independently.
