• Conduct thorough assessments to identify and understand clients' mental health needs, developing accurate clinical diagnoses and effective treatment plans tailored to individual goals.
• Facilitate therapeutic sessions—individual, group, and family therapy—utilizing various evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other relevant approaches.
• Provide crisis intervention services for clients facing acute mental health challenges, offering immediate support and stabilization strategies as needed.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including treatment plans and progress notes, in compliance with ethical and legal standards, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
• Engage in collaborative care with multidisciplinary teams, consulting with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment for clients.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources, advocating for their needs and rights throughout the process.
• Commit to professional development by staying updated with the latest therapeutic practices through ongoing training, workshops, and participation in relevant professional organizations.

Our clientele includes diverse individuals from various backgrounds, facing a wide spectrum of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to relationship issues and trauma recovery. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be instrumental in guiding clients through their healing journeys, fostering resilience, and empowering them to achieve their personal goals.

• A valid mental health therapy license: LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to identify and diagnose a variety of psychological concerns.
• At least two years of relevant professional experience in a therapeutic role.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player.
• A commitment to upholding the highest ethical and professional standards in mental health practice.

• Previous experience in a clinical setting is advantageous, although entry-level candidates with relevant educational backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with therapeutic software and telehealth platforms may enhance the efficiency of your practice.

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering a yearly income between USD 85,000 and 100,000, commensurate with experience.
